Shipping Policy for Mommy and Me Mercantile

1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Methods
- We offer the following flat rate shipping options, and customers may choose their preferred method at checkout:
- Economy Shipping: $5 flat rate (typically takes 3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $8 flat rate (typically takes 2-4 business days)
- Express Shipping: $15 flat rate (typically takes 1-2 business days)
- FREE Economy Shipping is available on orders over $75

Shipping is fulfilled via USPS. If USPS is not available, we will use UPS.

3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are flat rate based on the method selected. Orders over $75 qualify for FREE economy shipping.

4. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at mommyandmemercantile@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds.
